Pumpkin Cream Mousse
2 c. skim milk or fat-free carbdown soy milk
2 pkgs. (regular-sized) fat-free vanilla pudding mix
1 c. fat free cool whip
1 c. canned pumpkin
throw it in a bowl. whip out the beaters. throw it in the fridge 10 minutes. serve by the quarter-bowl.
