Today I am giving up cigarettes. I have my nicotine gum to take me through the bad times and my friends to STOP me even thinking about a drag.

Wake up call was literally waking up coughing at 6am this morning, so badly I was struggling to breath. And then continued coughing on an off for the next two hours.
