 You know, life sucks balls. Everytime you take a step forward the world conspires to kick you back further than an extra in a Jet Li movie. I finally got things straightened out with my student loan so they wont garnish my wages to come home and find a notice of eviction...We have 14 days to find a new place to live.

There are ways of fighting evictions. For one thing, if you contest it, they will give an extension. I do not think any court will kick you out in the middle of winter. What is the reason for the eviction? If it is for back rent, if you pay you should be fine. Are you on a lease or at will?
