Things have certainly been busy lately. One of the muggle royalty was killed in an automobile accident, for one, and everyone's going bonkers and crying "assassination!", and there was some sort of "light show," as they put it, over Cork a few days back. The muggle explanation of it being from a swarm of insects and an aircraft is laughable. Are ( Read more... )

Princess Diana died last August. They're just going on about conspiracy theories. Still. Have been for months. Probably will for years. Apparently it sells papers.

I don't read muggle papers. Not like I particularly care, anyway. The wizard fight is more interesting.

I saw the photograph. Didn't look like any spell I've ever seen.

Oh, please. Don't tell me you actually believe the rubbish the muggles made up.

You don't remember when Princess Diana died?

Why should I? I don't follow muggle news. There's not much point in doing so.

You don't have to follow the news to know about it. All the flags down, the people wearing black, the enormous groups of mourners ...

We've been in school, Finnigan. There haven't been any mourning masses or lowered flags to see, and the short time I was home over the holiday I was rather preoccupied with the fact that my friend was murdered, so pardon me for not giving a shite about some muggle royal biting it in a car accident.

I think it would be best for Bia if you took measures to stop her from stalking Pixie. Pixie would not take her displeasure out on you by putting rats on your bed when it is Bia who is invading her territory. Cats are very territorial.

Actually, I was thinking more of the fact that Bia sleeps on my bed and cats sometimes tend to befoul the resting place of the object of their annoyance. I've been trying to get her to stop it, but I don't think she will until Pixie gets fed up and attacks her. Damn stubborn cat.

I hope Pixie does not hurt her to much.

She would have to catch her for that. I'll keep an eye on them.

Lying makes them feel better, there's more to talk about that way.

So I've noticed. There's more to talk about, but it also drives certain ginger-haired girls insane when the ministry doesn't reveal where the hell their mums are. Bloody arseholes.

I highly doubt they care much about ginger-haired girls or their mums.

Yes, I have noticed that too. However, they do seem to respond better to the ginger-haired girl's blonde-haired father rabidly threatening to sue them. They don't like having their money taken, it seems.

Better your bed than the stairs.

Better in neither place. I wish Pixie would stop hunting those blasted rats, if only to avoid the smell when the house elves miss one and it sits there for a day or three.

When one owns a cat, one faces the disgusting consequences.

Have you ever had any sort of pet? I still just can't believe you dislike animals this much.
