there I was, debating the finer points of Schopenhauer over a glass of cognac whilst we were playing a game of baccarat in Monte Carlo, when who should walk in but the reincarnation of Errol Flynn, drunk with zombie evil and brandishing a rusty cutlass in my general direction. I was never prouder of you that moment when you leapt to my defense, unleashing your immense broadsword from its leather scabbard (yes, I had told it was ridiculous to bring it into the casino but little did I know). His ancient theatrical style was no match for superior form.
