Well, an interesting day. I got up way too early, did some meditations, kept getting visions of running so I finally caved, put on my very funny five-finger shoes and ran around the outside edge of the baseball field in the park across the street, twice. It felt... giggly good...

Great review of that film, including the fun use of English as a second (or possibly third) language. You know, I didn't hate that movie, in fact I thought it was really good. A little too good for that time of night, is all.

Yoga, I miss yoga and maybe by the time you get back my therapy will be all done....and I can actually exersize again and do yoga as well... i have a wonderful book though and have been doing some of the breathing exersizes...
