So, with good results on my first test, registration to poster presentation at Brazilian Astronomical Society Reunion, complements to my Annual Scientific Initiation Report, planned trip to celebrate two years anniversary, an unexpected gift and tickets to Giselle (the ballet), I had a pretty damn good week.

Am I the only one who thinks the new Miss Brazil is a transvestite? I mean, from a distance, you think "yeah, that's a good looking woman" and they do a close up shot and you see the truth. For the first time since 2005, I took my keyboards from under the bed where I keep it and played. Somethings just came back to me like they had never left and others were more difficult. I had forgotten how much I love music and how good it feels to play it. I'll try to do that more often.

OMG! I've just watched Enchanted and I loved it so much! I know this may sound a bit too much, but it definitely goes into my favourite movies list.

I've had the most amazing weekend, by the way. I've been needing this. My heart just feels lighter.

My adviser is once again giving me the silence treatment. One would think that having provided him 98% accuracy in my results he would cheer up and answer my email. I got home today and there was a red rose on the dining table (which is the first thing you see as you walk through the door). My parents should have been home, but however, they were nowhere to be seen. I thought my mum had brought a rose home and was, I don't know, in the shower or something. Ok, so the theory I mentioned on my previous post was wrong. But my adviser came to talk to me at last. He told me a whole bunch of stuff, told me to do this really hard thing, but amid his speech he said something that was really idiotic and really simple to test.
