hmm, this is becoming an every-three-months update...
yeah, i am terrible at updating, i just read my friends page and keep up with everyone else. i am thinking of starting a new journal, just to give myself a clean start with a bit more of a clear objective - to process and think about what i am learning in grad school - i should start one with some thoughts on the intro to ethics course i took this ( Read more... ) -

oh boy, i haven't posted in a long long time. i don't even know if i have anything to say. i went to hear over the rhine twice this week with lara, which was really nice. i love them, all of their music is beautiful and its just very comfortable to listen to... good memories from past shows and college and so forth. and i saw a random group of ( Read more... ) -

well, since i posted about looking for a job, i should probably update about the job. so far it is great. i like the people i work with... it isn't too pretentious or trendy or silly... just a nice cafe with good food... nice relaxing classical tunes all day... and i have now become the official 20something american college grad - i am a barista ( Read more... ) -

ok, so i didn't actually get the job at the first cafe... and i have been searching... and today i accepted a job at a place called "musical offering" - a cafe/classical music shop. it looks to be frequented by many professors and grad students... i hope i am not overwhelmed by the intelligence level of such folks! i will be doing counter/cashier ( Read more... ) -
