Chapter 31 of "Not Only a Granger" is up! It's basically the second half of chapter 30, and I hope this one won't frustrate people. *g*

I had no idea you were writing that one, I completely passed it by. I must look at it. I tend to shy away from Pureblood!Hermione because I really like her as-is and Pureblood!Hermione's have a bad habit of being Sues. If you're writing it, I'm certain that it's amazing.

I think you're mixing the fics here. In "Not Only a Granger," Hermione is not a Pureblood. The fic is canon through HBP.

I wonder what gave you the idea that she was a Pureblood...

D'awww :D That was nice! I do adore Snape and all, but I'd like to see him loose this fight (disagreement?) with Nathan. Really, this chapter is just awesome. Not that all of the stuff before it wasn't, but this is just... satisfying :) It may be slow progress, but any progress is worth squeeing for.

Hey, you said we were getting the edited version of events, not the nonexistent one! What did Severus DO that night? Why was he in such a bad mood? I thought he was going to Hermione, but I can't imagine you wouldn't let us see her reaction to that, so I guess I misinterpreted. I did wonder why he was going into his own bedroom...

I'll be glad, actually, if he was not with her. That's not how I want him to want her.

Well, whatever happened, I'm glad Nathan is as brave as his mother, and I'm glad he recognized the importance of an apology.

Hee hee, that just shows how depraved I am. I think of that as neither "indulging" nor too risque; it's just a normal part of life. So naturally my mind went elsewhere. I've been reading too many PWPs on Ashwinder.... (j/k).

Still don't understand the rotten mood, though. Bad dreams, I guess. XD

I believed it had been well implied that he would be indulging in fantasies of Hermione, and that's pretty much against this Severus' rules, for being a weakness, for making him lose control, falter in will power.
