In my opinion, chayote tastes like a watermelon sugarless. I like it, I fear the tomatoes! LOL

I've only had chayote a few times, and once under-cooked (nasty, that). It's not a favorite, but I didn't hate it, except the time it was undercooked.

As for Nathan ... definitely!
