I...I didn't think he actually hated people who use magic that much.

[Not to mention that Draco's come to like Arthur - he considers him a friend on some level. But recalling the way Arthur had looked at him in such disgust during the dream, watching with satisfaction as he was dragged into the iron cage - well, needless to say, it stirs a sense of betrayal within Draco, and that betrayal is quickly followed by hate.]
As for dealing with it, I have more than a few ideas, but I'm quite sure they won't be to your liking.

I'd worry less about me and more about yourself. From what I've seen, you don't do very well under torture - and it would be so awful for the Weasel to have to watch that again.
