Could it be?

Wow. When did Prison Break get exciting again? It's been a long time since I've found myself banging my fists on the table, fidgeting in my seat, and shouting at the TV.

Did somebody say SPOILER? )

prison break, spoilers

I too thought they were getting out! What can I say, I've taken over a year break and I've forgotten their MO. But it was the special two hour episode! And the writers are on strike! Breaking them out would have been the best place to end it!

Yeah, seriously this episode gripped me in a why I hadn't felt in awhile. I actually gasped and flailed at some parts!

Aww, you kept your old post-riots hug icon. I remember that one. I think quite a few of the fans back then had that one. (Wow, am I reminiscing about icons past now?)

But yeah, I admit, the whole sun-hitting-the-roof thing was pretty silly, and then the race to get back inside before that big bad cloud covered their only escape plan... pffft. But it's classic PB. Pretty much on par with Michael putting on a CO uniform and coming out of that manhole, afterwards smiling and waving at the guy shining the lights on him. Ah, good times.

I've been watching 'Chuck' instead of PB. Now I wanna watch it, too!

You got a new Prison Break magazine? Which one? Who is on the cover?

Issue 7. On the cover: the cast of season 3. Wade Williams, guy who plays Whistler (his name escapes me), William Fichtner, and guy who plays Lechero in the background; Amaury Nolasco, Wentworth, Jodi Lynn O'Keefe, and Dominic in the foreground; with Rob Knepper kneeling beside Amaury. And they appear to be in Sona. I love that everyone's looking at the camera except for Fichtner.

Actually, I'm going to search for a picture.

Okay, after searching around for quite a while (and I mean probably for nearly an hour), I can't find that exact picture anywhere. It's strange. I saw similar pictures, but not the one on the cover. Even at the Titan Magazines site, which publishes it, they don't seem to mention issue 7 yet.

Awww, I'm so jealous! Any cool articles? Any spoilers?

*pouts*

Sigh, I guess scans of it are gonna show up online eventually.

*still pouty*

For anybody reading these comments, beware that I've put spoilers in this one.Well, I haven't had much chance to read through it yet, but here's another quote from Dominic when asked why his hair is still so short even though he's out of prison now: "The whole thing [at the beginning of season three] is three weeks [after the end of season two] and I'm keeping it short until about halfway through the season. Then I'll let it grow ( ... )

i dont think it's overdramatic anonymous November 12 2007, 11:34:05 UTC
--And yes, I actually did think Lechero stabbed Whistler. But seriously, that scene was pretty stupid. Why would Lechero keep holding Whistler hostage like that and act like he was going to stab him if he just wanted to kill his own guy? A little overdramatic much? Apparently.--

actually, from my points of view, lechero WAS going to stab whistler, but he changed his mind at the last second (i think michael's words got to him) & he stab his guy instead, because he needed someone to be blamed for the murder (also to punish the guy cuz lechero think the guy betrayed him)

Good point. I'm glad someone's got an idea for that scene. Whether that's really what the writers had in mind, who knows, but it's a very good point that I didn't consider.
