I am getting a landline. Thanks for the referral M - they gave me a fairly good deal. Not as cheap as Vonage but not bad and must more reliable! Only problem is that the guy who is taking my info has never done a winback. Does it have to be so painful - I thought the whole point was to win back customers who have had web phones. I don't think

......i have this overwhelming urge to laugh hysterically. Somehow i just can't picture you being impatient, but i'm glad you were nice over the phone. Man i would have...well never mind.
