Dear Madam.

I recently purchased one of your bean bags.

I'm sorry to inform you it has since sprouted antenae and slithered under the fridge where it lives off any scrap of food it can find. It refuses to come out. It makes little scratchy sounds.

Is this normal behaviour for a bean bag or is it a rogue roach one?
