Lol. I am not a doctor, but Runner's Trots are a thing. I also noticed "movements easier to pass" when I was regularly attending spin but didn't really put two and two together.
And yes. Exercise has benefits that extend to the bedroom.
I don't remember this happening when I was training for my marathon- though, that was back in 2007 so my memory is certainly not as detailed in that area. After a brief look back at my mid-late 2007 entries, I did not complain about such things- though whether it's because it was a non-event or because I didn't have a willingness to share TMI, I cannot say. =P
It's crossed my mind that I could use duct tape or zip ties, and maybe I will. If I did, then I'd have to assign a not-in-common-use flashlight for that purpose.

Duct tape? It's not exactly SWAT approved, but could work to mount the flashlight to the weapon.
