Some of you may or may not remember my betting pool for Bill's Quarterly Catastrophe (posted on 1/2/03). I'm pleased to announce that the winning misfortune was a break-in. Get seven for every dollar bet on burglary! Bets will also be taken on the total insurance settlement.

Three guitars, actually, as well as four amps, a PA, my VCR, and a stick of Old Spice deodorant.

I think the deodorant annoys me the most.

But yes, this is much better than my house burning down. I'm moving at the end of the month, and my task has just been made much easier.

holy crap. man, bill, what the hell makes you such a prime target for getting burgled? i mean, aside from the thousands of dollars of musical equipment, etc. and an easy-to-break-into house? i'm so sorry.

Thanks. I should've probably mentioned that I've got renter's insurance, so I will likely be getting new stuff. That being said, this still sucks balls.
