Between the last post and this was Cambodia, which was awesome, and Laos, which was awesome too, and the trip from northern Thailand back to Bangkok but I can't really be arsed to do all that because it was ages ago. But for the highlights

Interesting language thingie: We have schooners back home as well, they are massive... much bigger than a pint.

yup, the shoe is on the other foot now. i have to spell what i want in shops out to people letter by letter. they can't understand my accent!
