Okay so I just got back from my super healthy lunch and I even worked out!!! So what if it wasn't your traditional work out but it certainly did the trick. They had a big inflated bouncy arena with these huge foam sticks and you had to stand on these little round pillars and beat the crap out of your opponent. It takes a lot of muscles to keep
