My grandfather passed away tonight... I wasn't there. I didn't see him on his last day on earth, because I was a petty selfish teenager, and I'm just going to have to deal with that. My great-grandma Duck just passed away on Saturday...the last time I saw her was 2 months ago...

I know I am not the ideal person for you to talk to but I am sorry about your grandfather and I know how you feel. Trust me, i know it's really crappy; i'm still hurt from my grandmother dying last May. Don't worry about why you didn't get to see him. Think of the things you remember good about him. It helps trust me. I lost someone who lived in my house and was the closest to me at the time that anyone was. Keep your head up, move on, but don't forget. I know you wont but it dosent hurt to tell you that I am here if you want to talk. I'm sorry.

Thank you very much that means alot to me and I realize it probably took alot to write this to me so thank you very very much. And I remember reading about your grandmother, I'm really very sorry and I'm sorry I didn't say it sooner. I'm trying not to focus on my foolish reason for not seeing him. And thank you for your support and the offer to talk that was very nice of you.
