On the subject of fashion designing

There are several things I can say about tailoring and sewing that ring very true:

• It's a pain in the ass;
• It's time-consuming;
• It's underestimated;
• It's hardly lucrative.

But there's more:

• Few people can do it. I mean, REALLY do it;

Until a comfortable layoff occurred because they were comfortable moving the department to California and comfortably increase their operating costs by 45% because of the comfortable economic crisis in the meantime.
