A few months back, someone at work mentioned a being from her grade school years: the red-stick man.
I can't get it out of my head. I need to put it down into a short story.

It begins again.

Scares me all the way to hell, but it begins.

And it feels good. I don't want it to suck me in completely, but it makes me feel pretty good.

I'm fine.

Aside from not sharing my life everyday, I'm fine.

Weekend plans might fade away in favor of my personal needs and preferences. I don't mind much.
