Advice for Nikola - Story Picspam 2
I rather enjoy making these silly little picture stories with Will and Tesla, so I've decided to make them in a more series based manner. From now on I'll be posting shorter scenes which will build to a greater story. I'm going to try and do a weekly post, probably on the weekend.
I love any suggestions for where the story should go next. Keep the plot!nubbins coming. I'm also totally open to a round robin format if someone wants to add their own twist to the story. All I ask is you link back to these posts as references.

Summary: In this enstallment, Tesla finds himself conflicted about how to talk to Will. He enlists the aid of the only other father he knows to help him understand this new role.
Tesla: Hey John,
Druitt: Yes, Nikola
Tesla: Can I ask you something?
Druitt: If you must.
Tesla: Well, you're a dad right? I'm trying to figure out this whole father thing. Got any advice?
Druitt: I don't particularly want to talk about it.
Tesla: Is that whole brainwashed thing still bothering you?
Druitt: Yes.
Tesla: It doesn't bother me anymore. Get over it.
Tesla: I want to do the right thing, you know, be a "fatherly" figure. I don't know how to do that. Can you help?
Druitt: Its not really my place to say Nikola. You should ask Helen, she may have more ideas on parenting.
Tesla: I did. All she said was to talk to him.
Druitt: Then do that.
Tesla: What can I talk to him about?
Druitt: Something that will help you bond. With Ashley, it was fighting and her mother. You'll find something.
Tesla: I suppose.
Tesla: William, my boy.
Will: Don't call me that.
Tesla: I'd like to get to know you. Yes...that.
Tesla: *honestly trying*
Will: I'm busy
Tesla: What are you working on?
Will: Nothing you'd be interested in.
Tesla: Try me.
Will: *annoyed*
Will: Fine, I'll tell you. I met this girl...
Tesla: *interrupting* You met a girl, where is this going young man?
Will: Do you want to talk to me or not?
Tesla: Yes, please continue.
Will: I met this girl *waits for an interruption, then continues* And she's kinda cute. I was trying to figure out the best way to talk to her by comparing my profile notes on different relationships I've had.
Tesla: I see, go on.
Will: I've hit a stumbling block though, I don't want to seem over eager, and I just lost my last girlfriend.
Tesla: I was there
Will: So I'm stuck.
Tesla: Ah, young love. I have an idea that may help you. Come meet me later and I will tell you. Bring wine
Will: Okay...
Tesla: *leaves*
Will: *confused*
You will have to wait until next weekend for the next installment to see what Nikola has up his sleeve.
