Mysterious Cheese Cake

1 cup chocolate chips
2 and 1/8 cup heavy cream
Sugar to taste
Almonds
Pre Mad Ghrahm Cracker Crust
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup sour cream

When I refer to Spices These are the ones I mean

Pumpkin Pie Spice
Nutmeg
Cinnamon

Allspice and cloves would work well too - but I didn't have those.

Food Processor makes this a breeze

*Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in microwave
*Add 1/8 cup Heavy Cream, and spices - then stir
*Spoon into your crust and spread evenly along the bottom
*Add the 2 cups Heavy Cream to the food Processor with spices and a bit of sugar then give it a whirl for 1 min and 30 sec.
*Add Cream Cheese and whirl until incorporated
*Add sugar, and sour cream then let spin one last time
*Poor into crust over chocolate and spread
*Pour Pumpkin Pie Spice over - then twirl into mix with the tip of your finger to make eddies
*Toast your almonds at 350
*Mix the Cinnamon, Nutmeg, a bit of sugar and the nuts together and sprinkle over the top and then refrigerate to set up.
