Tomato Brochette
Tomatoes
1 Loaf of french/Italian Bread
Onion
Garlic
Basil
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Butter
*Pre-heat oven to 350
*Cut bread into Hunks
*Spread butter over bread
*Toast for six minutes
Meanwhile
*Toss Tomato, Onion, Garlic, Basil and olive oil into food processor and hit pulse a couple of times.
Then
*Take bread out and pour tomato mix on top, and put back in the oven on broil for 3 minutes.
*Take it out, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
Goes really great with a nice wedge of Bree if you have it.
