I baked no less than 30 dozen cookies of various kinds this week. Sugar cookies, chocolate chip cookies, anise cookies, lemon cookies, Nutella cookies, Pizzelles, oatmeal cookies, biscottis. I'm pretty much a one woman Italian bakery

Yeah, I pretty much ate all of the Pizzelles in two sittings... gave my siblings maybe two cookies total (would break off little pieces for Shawn and eventually gave away one whole one). THEY WERE SO GOOD I WANT TO LIVE IN YOUR HOUSE AND LOOT COOKIES!!!

Ahh....I only made one batch of biscottis....and those go REALLY fast. I could make more some day just for us =O

Also, I still have a lot of Pizzelles left....I could bring some more over your house! Or the Gathering Hall! Yeah!
