Dude, I know it's in your nature to be nice cus you're a nice person, but you need to stop being concerned with her and her selfishness. That's why she's telling you you're selfish, so that she can keep living "The Sweet Life" and leech your money and soul away until you're nothing but a shriveled old man. You should just stop giving her money, do your whole mediator thing, sell the condo, and be done with her. Her actions are just screaming that she's only thinking of herself, no matter WHAT spin she puts on it. She doesn't want to take a step down from a condo to an apartment, from a nice living room to an ARC living room, from (probably) eating out at some expensive place every night to Top Ramen. Screw it, if she wants the nice things in life she should earn it

I know that life isn't supposed to be fare, but that's just not right. I'm happy that you are content. I feel very proud that I will get to know you pretty good (considering the house thing).
My mom was bitching because I'm moving in with 4 guys. I think you were the first one I commented on. I know I'll be safe. She doesn't, but I trust you, I trust you all.
I know this will be a home matter, but don't hesitate to ask...for anything. I'm hoping that we can all be close. Like actual friends living under the same roof and not just roommates.
I know that was just steam blowing off, but "this too shall pass." Life will go on and eventually go your way.

While I can't say that I went into tears, but I can say that "I've truly been touched", or something along those lines.
Essentially, I see where you're coming from. And everything that you've said I've taken into account for myself. All of it.
I look forward to moving in with everyone as well. Please disregard any bitching that I do while we're there, as it is probably just after a long day, having nothing to eat or not getting enough sleep. And probably a combination of all of the above.
