Use any past set theme from this list to create a totally new set of icons.

artist's choice - five icons completely up to the maker
*round one - choose ONE theme from the following: monochrome, smile, crazy
*round three - choose ONE theme from the following: lazy, sexy, goodbye
*round seven - choose ONE theme from the following: vintage, hips, night
*round nine - choose ONE theme from the following: corner, faceless, large text
*round twelve - choose ONE theme from the following: crossover, fight, pink
*update - take an old icon trend (light blobs, exclusion layers, circular blurs, etc.) and update it to fit current styles. icon_tutorial is a good place to go to find old trends in the archives.
*innovate - design a totally new icon with resources (textures, brushes, etc.) you haven't used in the last six months. If you haven't been iconning that long, use the earliest resources you have.
*reduce - take one of your own icons and redesign it to use fewer resources. Post your old icon along with the new one.
*reuse - reuse any image you've used for this round in a totally new icon.
*recycle - take an icon you have submitted to this contest and redesign it to be new. Submit the old icon along with the new one. If you've never submitted to ff20in20 before, submit an icon from any contest you've previously entered.
