Tornado

So yeah. We survived what was probably a tornado. Weather officials didn't confirm anything, but they are going to be looking into it tomorrow. We had a tornado warning, and I know what I saw! I was in the basement, shaking and crying, while Charlie was hugging me saying "It's going to be ok baby." Then everything got super quiet..then it started

Yeah, I guess they said it was a microburst and not a tornado? I don't know, either way it was pretty scary to me! But yeah we are ok. I think we may be stuck at my mom's for a couple of weeks but we both survived, the kitties are fine, and other than the power cord, the house is fine so I'm happy.

Aw I'm sorry, that sucks! I'm really glad you're safe and the house has no damage though! You're lucky the trees didn't damage your roof etc!

Yeah, when Charlie called me and said "Baby! The tree fell down!" I was so worried then when I saw it just sitting there against the front porch I was just so happy and relieved! Best part is my home owners insurance is going to cover the electric work and maybe the tree removal, which is great because they want $800 to remove it all.
