Well, I went from finishing grad school and working full time to teaching and tutoring and working full time, which was like, 18-hour work days every day. Now, suddenly, I'm just teaching full time, so it's like nine hours of my day has been restored to me. And this is pretty low-key in terms of mod duties. So far. ^.~

Actually, you can post on any topic you want, whenever you want. The "assignments" are just guides to start off a discussion, because some people like a prompt to generate a response. Just note in your post that you're not responding to the assignment, so that your arguments are taken in context.

I'm glad to see this topic pushed some buttons!
