Went to my cousins 50th birthday last evening, it was lovely to see some of my other cousins too, so often it is the older generation that keeps the links between cousins in place, once they pass on the celebrations that they used to organise stop and years can go by without seeing cousins apart from the occasional funeral, so it was nice to catch ( Read more... )

Joined Slimming World last week, went to weigh last evening and I have lost 3lbs!!!!! since I only want to lose 11lbs I reckons that's a pretty good start! xxxx

During our stay in Italy in September we were hit by a man on his Vespa - it was entirely his fault (no one was hurt) and he ran away from the scene of the accident, luckily we were about to turn into a private car park so there were cctv cameras that recorded everything and we were able to get his reg plate number which we gave to the hire car ( Read more... )

Off we went to London on Tuesday to see Crosby, Stills and Nash, they were wonderful, they atmosphere in The Royal Albert Hall was buzzing and the whole evening was so enjoyable I didn't want it to end! The band played all my favourite tracks, they came on stage at 8pm and there was a 20 minute break the show finished at about 11pm - not bad going ( Read more... )

Bought myself a new 3 quarter length jacket at TK Maxx last Thursday and I am looking forward to wearing it up to London to see Crosby, Stills & Nash tomorrow, I have booked up into an hotel/apartment building close to the Royal Albert Hall it's not exactly cheap considering there is no breakfast in the price but less expensive hotels were a fair ( Read more... )
