I got an invitation in the mail yesterday. My best friend from middle school is getting married and I've been invited to the bridal shower. So weird. At what point did I become grown-up enough for my friends to be getting married? Real grown-up job aside, I am by no means close to being mature enough to get married. Ashley, with all your wedding

well there won't be any wedding planning for me for a few years; however, as the maid of honor in my friend's wedding, i have to do a bunch of crap that is stressing me out... like purchasing not so cute dresses, as you have already read about. yeah, it's definitely weird seeing your friends (our age) get married. of course, where i'm from, every other person in my high school was pregnant or had a baby.. so i guess im somewhat used to people doing things at an early age.
