Anyone have any suggestions where I can get one online? I've been looking around for the best deal, but perhaps someone out there has an idea where to look that maybe I don't know about.

eBay! Er... to be honest, it's probably a much better idea to get one from the local jeweller. Or maybe that's just me.

Go to the local jeweler. If you try to order one online, chances are you'll pay diamond prices for a Cubic Zorconia. If your fiancée is cool enough, she may prefer a gemstone that isn't a diamond. Talk to her about what kind of stones she likes and what setting she prefers. Or, heck, get her a plain band and when you propose, tell her that you want her to pick out the ring to replace the plain band.
