I feel depressed. Mark thinks I don't want to work on genshigrads because I don't like it, but I just don't want to do anything. I keep thinking that now is the perfect time to write the book but no job and no money makes me shut down. I don't know if I can go to midoricon, the con that we're going to as guests

from one [struggling] author to the next: i completely understand what it's like to WANT to work on writing, but not being able to find the motivation for it. unfortunately, i can only write when i feel the characters calling out to me, in a sense. i can't make them do things... they have to want to do things themselves. a lot of people don't understand that, but i have a feeling you might. keep your head up, twin. i don't know what kind of job you're looking for, but i know of a call center (InfoCision) that is hiring full time... maybe check it out? something is better than nothing. *hugs*
