How Many? Up to two per member.
LJ Standards: A maximum of 100x100 & 40kb
Anonymity: Icons must be recently made, not publicly posted, or participating in another contest.
Submitting: You must be a member.
Characters: Only use the provided images.
Restrictions: Use any of the provided images. Don't use the same image for both your icons.
