So far DNC is going well I'm just frustrated by the need to lvl NIN to be able to do the job which sucks as NIN pre 40 imo is utter crap in a pt and a leach but that's another story all together. I've also seem to hit a lvling stump at 41 as invites are a bit harder to come by now but i'm sure things will change or i'll just lvl with my npc <3 ( Read more... )

LOL I would if it wasn't for the fact that I end up taking hate and/or also link tanking where /NIN shadows come in handy. Although Berserk would be nice since I'm full time sushi/acc build just to keep up good acc ratio.

After getting reverse flourish I see no point to /SAM other than maybe 60+ when Dancing Edge comes into play and I can burn the extra TP decently.

+EVA helps when you end up taking hate, though, and failing that DNC can take a few hits before the tank re-establishes his role. Heather, a Tarutaru DNC, has been known to off-tank with her DNC/WAR setup. We'll see how well it holds up against Colobri, though.

Heh I've spent quite a while farming for my gear and I'm pretty close to capped on possible Evasion gear Minus Rings.
Emp Pin +11.5
Dodge Earrings +6
Battle Gloves +3
Trader's Mantle +3
Leaping Boots +1.5
Merc Captain's Belt +0.5
Merc. Captain's Body +0.5
So a toal of +26 from gear and +2.5 from squid sushi so +28.5~ is pretty good against anything not IT++ sadly there's a lot of overcamping.
