We could maybe see a bit of Basch and Mont Blanc in some of your responses too; but your strong points and your weakness of being too generous at times, how you described the kind of first impression you probably make on others, and how you answered the "leader or follower" question just fits really well with Reddas' character to us--especially once you figure out more about his backstory. He also gives off the impression of someone who is "pensive, loyal, and grounded." We could see him spending a lot of time improving upon his Weapons and Boosts if playing FFXII too for some reason. :)

Yeah, I'll vote Reddas too. He's also a bit "eccentric" as you say you are, but like Breyzyyin said, its your answer to the leadership question that closed the deal for me. :D
