She eyed the girl who was up there with her. Not ... un-pretty, even if she didn't look like the cheerleader type. Good hair. Standing way too close to the ledge.
"Don't jump or anything tragic like that," she offered. Just to be friendly.

"It'd probably gross everyone else out if your brains spattered and oozed all over the sidewalk," Quinn said, as if it was no particular matter to her. "You know. Something like that."

Fortunately she didn't have any ridiculous wardrobe-related orders from the Agency at the moment, so she could just wear a comfortable (some might say overly-formal) jacket.
