Duce heads to the M&G, practically dragging Faith, who's complaining about clowns. Luckily, at this part of the event, there are no clowns, just actors in really spectacular makeup serving canapes and drinks.

Spotting Draco & Lily, Duce waves frantically and drags Faith over. Faith, for all her grumbling, looks like she's having fun as well. "Hey guys!"

Duce's idea of dressing up is apparently wearing black stretch pants instead of jeans, with a belt of ornate silver links and a solid black tank top.

Lily whispers something to Draco and kisses his cheek as Duce and Faith are walking over to meet them.

"Hello! You both look great - can you believe this place?" she asks, gesturing at the decorations and servers.

Anakin walked in a few moments later, wearing his homecoming suit and an uncomfortable look on his face. He waved at Draco, Lily, Faith and Duce and made a beeline for the waiter with drinks.

In the Red Box

Before the show, Lily and Draco are the first to arrive. They find their seats and try really hard to keep from making out, as the others could arrive any minute.

Lily leans in close to him and flips through the program, occasionally pointing out things she finds interesting. Draco humors her by smiling and nodding at appropriate times, but he is really more than a bit distracted by her dress.

Anakin walked in about five minutes later, popping a last chocolate into his mouth and just a little tipsy from the wine he'd drunk.

He smiled at Lily and Draco, found his own seat, and began flipping through his program. "Got the contortionist's number," he commented smugly.

Draco gave Anakin an Impressive! look and a nod. He was not jealous, though, he told himself, putting an arm around Lily.

Lily smiles at Draco's hand on her back and says, "Good for you, Anakin!" Winking at him, she adds, "I'm sure she's very charming and intelligent."

Duce and Faith showed up just in time to catch Lily's comment. They looked at each other and snickered before turning to Anakin. "You want us to take Crane off your hands for the evening, then? We can drag him over to our room for drinks or something," Duce offered as they took their seats.
