Tonight for the first time ever (23 months and 2 days, to be exact) Leah went to sleep in her crib by herself without crying!

Everything worked out for out loveley weekend away in the end! We didn't manage to leave until after 6, so as we were driving off into the sunset in The City, I commented that everyone was probably sitting down at the rehearsal dinner. This morning 2 of the parents of nutty wild kids in my class came in. They did a little observation from behind a curtain to see how their kids act at school. My grandma passed away yesterday. I think the funeral may be Friday. I can't go. My job doesn't pay aides until after 4 weeks. So I still only have $5.06. The kid with the laceration at preschool had to have reconstructive surgery and hasn't come back to school yet. Ummm... I want some ice cream.

So here was the latest drama today. Paul was installing the new version of iTunes so I thought I was going to be late for work, but I was on time. I know the code for the door now!
