The story is that my grandma got a contractor to do the work on her house with out really checking in on it. Then when they were working on it, they went home and didnt put any tarps down so when it rained, all the water built up over the dry wall and it fell ( Read more... )

Oh dear! That is A LOT of damage, dude. Are the contractors going to pay for the damage?

they were, then when they were talking to my dad about what they wanted them to do, they said, "we cant do all that, just sue me." so they're gonna have to sue

the biggest thing is, i was there yesterday, and lets just say that the pictures dont do it justice, it looks much worse there

yah so i think i have your LJ from myspace or something, but anyways, that damage is aweful! what assholes. id sue them big time, the only problem is that it costs you money just trying to sue people. i hope everything works out and gets better!
