I saw Watchmen not once but twice. I honestly didn't really notice Manhattan's Penis. I looked for it because I was TOLD he was naked and wanted to see if they would do it, but after that I can honestly say I wasn't that drawn to it.

My eww factor on Ozy having a boy folder is muted. I guess it depends on how little the boys were. Ozy is like 40 so it is perfectly reasonable for him to have a folder filled with college aged and even mid 20s hotties and label it "boys."
