I am feeling much better, my ulcer healed, I still have a bit of inflammation in my stomach, but I feel so muh better!!! More pills to take, but the diet is turning to normal (I can even eat raw vegetables!!!), no fat, a little bit of oil is allowed.
Decided to go to the dentist, provided that it's covered by company insurance and the clinic is a 3-minute-walk from the office. I am very brave and very proud of myself!!! So now my right cheek is a bit frozen and I can't talk properly, so everybody is saying "Sorry?" after I say something.

My sister still hasn't heard about her PhD admission, they are very slow these guys! I went to my University yesterday and received my second diploma. Looks impressive. Now I need to get it translated and notarized to submit with my other Chevening stuff.
And speaking about which - I have visited presentation of this program given by British Council last Saturday. Last year the number of scholarships was reduced to 38 (compared to about 50 for previous years). One more reason for my failure, doesn't make me feel better though. Hope this year I will do better, although I can't be as excited as I was last year, hope I can fit into their priority area - telecommunications. I think I can opt for a marketing role within telecommunication company, which would be ok with them.

My Vasya is a great cat, very clever and a bit lazy as all cats are I think. Needs a lot of attention, makes funny mewing noises when I come home, wakes me up in the mornings, scratches his scratching board and plays around.

Nick is coming for a visit this Friday, it should be fun. if the weather is ok, we'll take a boat trip on Moskva river. That's just one of the many things to do in Moscow.
