So things aren't looking too good for my baby pupster.  Mango hasn't been her happy sillystupid self for a while, but I thought it was just aging dog, not sick dog.  But she went to the hospital a couple days ago and is seriously ill.  She is hooked up to a glucose IV which is helping a little, but she was listless before that.  We got some blood

i'm sorry. it's definitely not silly. I had a frog once that broke its leg so I took it to the vet for a cast, and it was over 100 bucks. The vet did it wrong and it still died. I'm sure people thought that was silly but if i was an animal, and couldnt do anything for my own benefit, I would want whoever could to try as hard as possible and it sounds like you did everything you could.
