I don't have a really favorite place--what I like to do when I'm home is walk around Manhattan--just start at one end of the island and walk until I reach the other end or get tired of it. There are some parts of Brooklyn and the Bronx I don't like, and certain subway (metro) stations, but that's about it. Really weird stuff... umm... there are always lots of insane (and I mean clinically insane) people on the subways; I once saw a display where they had real people dressed up as cats playing in a big pile of feathers.

You had mentioned something about anonymity before--I agree with you there. NYC in particular. I once took a giant spear (made of foam) through the subway system for a few hours and no one cared. That's very different from here, where if I simply walk down the street in plain clothes everyone either stares at me or makes a very, very obvious effort to purposefully look away (I'm Chinese by ethnicity).

Yay for my new friend!! I stumbled across your page and I'm like....Whoa. She could be my new best friend. And I know. HP fandom is very elitist. So is Avenged Sevenfold, though I love it. But there's something about My Chem...I'm not sure what. I mean, not even just slash or fanfics...it's the band itself. If you've watched 'Life on the Murder Scene', which I just finished for the eighteen hundrendth time, you know they all say, "This is a band to save your life." Well....I can vouch for that. And I met Bob last Summer. He's nucking futs. Ahh!! I'm in such a rambling, hardcore MCR mood....I seriously need like a lot of sleep or a lot of caffiene. I'm having trouble deciding. I vote sleep. Yes...sleep wins.
