God forbid if someone doesn't use my savior's name while I'm celebrating his birth by buying lots of things!

People are too sensitive. The avoidance of the word "Christmas" is a result of this. I'm not a Christian and it really doesn't bother me if someone says "merry Christmas." I mean, who cares? Of course, now some Christians are being even more sensitive. Gee, it's too bad retailers aren't catering to my personal system of beliefs. I think we should start a boycott, or take legal action.

People need to learn to deal with people who are different from them.

"People need to learn to deal with people who are different from them."

I second that.

Plus it stands to fact that people, if they believe in Christmas or not, shouldn't be upset if someone wishes that a particular day of the year be merry and happy. It's like "How dare people wish me a good day, those fucking bastards, who the hell do they think they are?"

haha.. my problem is more with the people who want to boycott stores that *don't* say it, such as sears, kmart, and walmart.

i mean, what, you live in a country where anyone can be any religion they want, and thats awesome... as long as its a christian denomination?

i dont know. i dont care if stores say it or not. they're private companies. i think people are too eager to have something to be mad about.
