I wonder if you could wash the foam in a way similar to what I used to do with some area rugs that could not go in the washing machine. I would hang them over 2 or 3 lines of the clothesline, but you could lay it across the backs of a couple of sturdy lawn chairs - or anything else that would not be harmed by water and would keep it up off the ground. Then use a bucket of water with Lysol, or your choice of cleaner, something that disinfects and kills odors is good, and clean the area that needs it. Rinse with clean water, bucketfuls or the garden hose, then squeeze out as much of the water as you can. Some lemon juice added to one of the rinses can help with the smell. Leave it to dry in the sun.

With the memory foam, you might find it easier to take 2 or 3 chairs and stand it on edge (with the edge closest to the spot down) so the water drains out better.

Good luck!

I got out of bed at 6 AM because I couldn't sleep because my brain wouldn't turn off after I woke up at 5 to pee and also to deal with Livvie elbowing me. I feel your pain.
