Good luck. Shitty neighbors can make any living situation miserable. It's amazing how rude and inconsiderate some people can be. It's as if they think they are the only people in the world. Especially when you live in an apartment, you have to make some sacrifices. I hope your manager has balls enough to set your neighbors straight (not literally, of course. Heh)
