Seriously, I can't stand people who do things like that either. Like they don't give a crap about anything and feel they are entitled to just throw shit around like crazy. But I've also never known anyone actually being fined for littering. I guess enforcement is a problem too. Local government could learn a thing or two from Singapore. That place is fucking clean 'cause they fine the shit out of you for just chewing gum lol.

Really, just for gum chewing? That's hilarious. You're right about the enforcement thing, but then it makes me think - why should fully grown adults have to be policed like bad school children? It's like getting whacked with a ruler for leaving gum under your desk. Obviously, we're supposed to be programmed by now to not do these things.

In other news, I saw this thing today about animal cruelty. That shit also pisses me off. Thanks for putting your two cents in on the issue. :)
