That's fantastic, I've tried yoga a couple of times and really struggled with it not sure it's for me. I think I'd struggle with the heat in the room the most.
My effort is I've joined curves which is one of the women's gyms that takes 30mins a workout, I'm not noticing a weight loss but an increase in energy.
That's awesome - good on you! I'm not obsessing about losing weight (although it'd be nice) but am way more interested in being fit, flexible and feeling strong. I think that's a way more healthy way to look at it. I'll be going off how clothes fit etc and not really looking at scales.
It's fantastic to have that increase in energy, you'll have more energy to do things which will increase metabolic rate anyway - kinda the same as the more slothfull we are the less inclined we are to move I guess.

It's fantastic to have that increase in energy, you'll have more energy to do things which will increase metabolic rate anyway - kinda the same as the more slothfull we are the less inclined we are to move I guess.
