(I tripped on a curb outside safeway recently and fell flat on my face (crushing my shopping and turning my spinach into a smear on the tarmac) and there was this young bloke (about 30) who was just sitting there watching me. He didn't move a finger to help. While I was lying there catching my breath, ONE woman came out of a shop to see if I was okay. Everyone else just kept walking. Apart from a couple of nasty bruises and grazes I was fine. I thanked her and then limped away. The guy was still sitting there enjoying the show, looking quite amused but completely detached. I'm glad you're mostly okay and nothing was broken. Nurofen and don't forget to ice!

How rude of that person to just watch you! I would have bowed and said 'same time next week baby!'. Besides, spinach isn't cheap these days!
Not feeling too bad this morning, sore in lots of places but nothing threatening to fall apart! Will go for a walk when I get home and try and loosen it up a bit.
